Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart based on weight and destination.
Shipments are entrusted to the courier chosen during the order.
If for logistical reasons it is not possible to use that courier, we may replace it with another equivalent one.
Estimated shipping times are prominently displayed on the product page below the price.
If the product is available immediately, orders are processed the same day and prepared for shipping the next working day.
Deliveries with difficult access
If the delivery address is difficult to access (for example, narrow streets, pedestrian areas, upper floors without elevators , hard-to-reach areas , etc.), please let us know before confirming your order so we can work together to find the best solution.
