When ordering you can choose the courier of your choice from various couriers.
Shipping costs are displayed in the cart once you have entered the postcode and destination country and vary based on weight.
How to behave upon delivery
Before signing the transport document with the courier representative present, we recommend:
- Check that the number of packages is the same as that indicated on the transport document (or courier delivery note);
- Check that the labels on the packages show the correct address;
- Check that the external condition of the packages does not show any damage or tampering (e.g. closures with non-original tape but from the carrier, damaged packaging, etc.)
In the event that one of the anomalies listed above is found, it is necessary to write down your reservation on the delivery note, specifying the type of anomaly found. Alternatively, you can refuse the shipment, always writing the reason for the refusal on the delivery note (partial delivery, incorrect address, damaged packaging).
If it is not possible to detect the anomaly in the presence of the courier, it will be necessary to promptly request from customer service, by fax (010.580683), or by e-mail (info@medicalistore.it), the return authorization within and no later than 5 days from receipt of the purchased goods (the date on the delivery note will be valid).
In any case, the customer must send a return authorization request, via email or fax, containing the following information:
- all shipment data: transport document number, document date, product code with anomaly, anomalous quantity;
- the description of how the package appeared upon receipt and the damage found.
Once the check has been carried out with the courier, we will inform the customer of the authorization to return the damaged material and the replacement material will then be shipped.
Attention
After 5 days from receipt of the goods, reports of anomalies related to transport or the contents of the shipment cannot be accepted.
