Levenhuk 320 PLUS Monocular Biological Microscope

Levenhuk 320 PLUS Microscope is a laboratory model for professional observations. It is suitable for conducting morphological, hematological, biochemical and other research in laboratories of medical institutions and scientific and research centers. University assistants and professors can use Levenhuk 320 PLUS for their lectures to students of medicine and health professions.

The microscope features achromatic optics that provide a high-contrast, sharp, and detailed image without optical aberrations. With the included eyepieces, the microscope creates a wide, planar field of view, allowing you to observe large and intricately structured objects. The monocular microscope head is rotatable 360°. The microscope features a magnification range of 40–1600x. The 100x objective lens allows you to use the oil immersion method; a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit.

The samples are fixed on a stage. The stage can be moved along two axes: the mechanical translator is used for the precise positioning of the samples under the objective. A coaxial mechanism for coarse and fine adjustment of the focus is used for the sharpness adjustment.

The LED illumination at the bottom of the microscope is used to illuminate the specimen under examination and is equipped with brightness adjustment. The optical beam passes through an Abbe condenser that regulates its brightness via an iris diaphragm. The kit includes optical filters that increase the contrast and sharpness of the observed image. The illumination can be powered by AC mains or batteries. Therefore, you can use Levenhuk 320 PLUS also outdoors, during field expeditions and seminars.

Caution: Refer to the specification table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110V device into a 220V outlet and vice versa without using a converter. Remember that the mains voltage in the USA and Canada is 110V and 220–240V in most European countries.
