The Novosyn suture made of polyglactin 910 is a synthetic, medium-term absorbable medical device, braided and coated, composed of polyglycolic acid and lactic acid (PGLA). Thanks to its high tissue compatibility, it degrades by hydrolysis, ensuring predictable and reliable absorption. Available in a colorless version, it offers smooth knot sliding and a reduced inflammatory reaction.
