Diatermo MB 120D GIMA is a high-frequency electronic electrosurgical unit designed for minor and intermediate surgery, in both monopolar and bipolar modes, with a maximum power of 120 watts.

Thanks to intuitive selection of operating functions, it allows you to perform:

Operating functions:
- Pure cut (CUT): up to 120 W at 250 ohms
- Blend cut (BLEND): up to 90 W at 200 ohms
- Superficial coagulation (FORCED COAG): up to 80 W at 150 ohms
- Deep coagulation without charring (Soft COAG): up to 60 W at 100 ohms
- Bipolar coagulation (BIPOLAR): up to 40 W at 100 ohms (with dedicated adapter)

The device incorporates a microcontroller for continuous monitoring of operating functions and a digital display of the delivered power, ensuring maximum precision and safety during the procedure. It is also equipped with a system to check that the neutral electrode is functioning correctly, for safe and reliable surgery.

The functions can be switched directly from the electrode-holder handpiece, which also allows power activation, avoiding distractions from the surgical field. Alternatively, the watertight foot pedal included in the supply can be used.
