The Diatermo MB 80D is a high-frequency electronic electrosurgical unit, ideal for minor and medium surgery. It offers several operating modes, including pure cut (CUT), blended cut (BLEND), superficial coagulation (FORCED COAG) and deep coagulation without carbonization (Soft COAG). Bipolar coagulation (BIPOLAR) can be performed using a specific adapter. Output power is digitally monitored, ensuring optimal conditions during surgery. The system is designed for safe, ergonomic use, with monitoring of the correct functioning of the neutral electrode. Functions can be switched and power adjusted directly from the handpiece, allowing the user to keep their attention on the operating field.
