DIATERMO MB200 - mono-bipolar - 200 Watt

High-frequency electrosurgical unit for performing moderate monopolar and bipolar electrosurgery. The available waveforms and peak voltage values, as well as the accurate control of high-frequency leakage currents, make the device suitable for use in endoscopic surgery (polypectomy, TURP prostatic resection, papillectomy, uterine resection, endometrial ablation). Adjustable output power level with a resolution of 1 Watt to perform coagulation with high crest factor current (for a high thermal effect) or low crest factor current (for coagulation without carbonization). Ten programs for ten different operating conditions can be stored and easily recalled by the surgeon. Single and split electrodes can be connected. The plate-patient contact monitoring circuit protects the patient from the risk of burns due to accidental detachment of the reference plate. A power delivery time indicator is provided to prevent excessive tissue heating.
