The Levenhuk MED 10M monocular microscope is designed for laboratory research on specimens at magnifications of up to 1000x. This professional optical instrument features achromatic optics and fine focusing adjustment for any bright-field observation. The Levenhuk MED 10M microscope is an excellent choice for equipping a medical center, scientific research center, clinical and diagnostic laboratory, or university microbiology department.

The microscope has a monocular head with a convenient inclination angle of 45°, providing comfortable extended observation. The 360° rotatable head allows this microscope to be used for group research. The optical system uses achromatic elements with antifungal coating. The objective lenses and an eyepiece have a layer of this protective coating. The revolving nosepiece holds four objective lenses, two of which are spring-loaded. A 100x objective lens can be used for observations using the immersion method (a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit). The eyepiece provides a good field of view and features diopter adjustment.

Coarse and fine focusing are used to adjust sharpness. The mechanical stage is equipped with a mechanical scale and can be moved along two axes. Below it is an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and filter holder. Illumination is provided by a bright 5W LED light. It is located at the bottom of the microscope. The illumination is powered by an AC power supply or batteries. The illumination system also includes brightness adjustment.
