Air Liquide's New Nebula Piston Aerosol with Rhinowash Nasal Shower is an aerosol therapy device intended for the administration of drugs in aerosol form. NEBULA is described as fast and efficient for the treatment of the lower respiratory tract; it also allows the treatment of the upper respiratory tract and nasal washing.

Used with the Mefar2000 nebulizing ampoule and the Buccal Spacer Mask, NEBULA is indicated in the source as effective for the treatment of bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary emphysema and cystic fibrosis. With Rinowash it allows the treatment of upper respiratory tract diseases and the physiological and/or therapeutic washing of the nasal cavities, with the addition of drugs in the second case. Rinowash produces a jet of micronized solution which, directed into the nasal cavities, promotes the hydration and fluidification of mucus and phlegm, as well as their removal.
