Operating principle:
The lateral-flow immunochromatographic test has a test window. The test window has a T (test) zone and a C (control) zone, which are invisible before the sample is added. When the sample is applied to the well, the liquid flows laterally across the surface of the test strip. If sufficient antibodies are present in the sample, a visible band will appear in the T zone. The C band, which serves as a procedural control, should always appear after a sample is applied and indicates a valid result.

Kit components:
- 10 aluminum foil pouches, each containing a cassette, a pipette, and a desiccant
- 1 diluent container
- 1 instruction manual

Sample preparation:
Collect whole blood, serum, or plasma in accordance with standard laboratory procedures.
For serum or plasma samples: centrifuge the dog's blood sample to obtain serum or plasma; use the serum or plasma directly for testing.
Note: Using serum or plasma is recommended to increase the test's sensitivity.

Test procedure:
Open the aluminum foil pouch, remove the test cassette, and place it on a clean, flat surface
Use the pipette provided to transfer 1 drop of sample (10 μL) into the well of the test cassette.
During the procedure, ensure that no air bubbles form inside the pipette.
Wait until the sample has been completely absorbed; then apply 3 drops of the supplied diluent (80 μL) to the well of the test cassette.
Interpret the results within 5-10 minutes. Results are not accurate after 10 minutes.

Interpretation of results:
Positive test: two lines are visible in the reaction area of the cassette (both the C and T lines).
Negative test: only one line is visible in the area (C).
Invalid test: if no control line (C) appears after the test, the result is considered invalid. The presence or absence of the (T) line cannot be taken into consideration. In this case, the test procedure may not have been followed correctly, or a test past its expiration date may have been used; in this case, repeat the test with another pack.
The presence of a line near the letter (C) indicates the control line and indicates that the test was performed correctly.
The (C) line is not a reference line and may have a different intensity from the (T) line.

Test storage:
Store the tests at room temperature (4 ~ 30°C). Do not refrigerate.
Do not store in direct sunlight. The test is valid until the expiration date printed on the package.
