Phosphatidylserine
The memory impairment that accompanies aging is undoubtedly the best-known and most widespread neuropsychological deficit. An increasing number of people are concerned by the perception that their cognitive performance is declining, complain of sudden memory lapses, and feel inadequate in a world where the amount of information we receive has increased enormously and arrives at an ever-faster pace.

Nerve cells (neurons) are the basic units of the brain. The number of neurons decreases with age, but thanks to the large number of nerve cells and the ability of the remaining cells to increase their connections with one another (brain plasticity), our brain can remain functionally intact into old age. Phosphatidylserine (PS) is the main phospholipid found in the brain and is present primarily in the inner layer of the neuronal plasma membrane. Like other phospholipids, phosphatidylserine can be produced by our body, but production may become less efficient with advancing age, when neurological deficits and memory decline begin to occur. Oral supplementation with phosphatidylserine can modify the composition of neuronal membranes.

CORTI-SOL-PS is a dietary supplement containing naturally derived phosphatidylserine (from soy lecithin). It contains 200 mg of phosphatidylserine per softgel.

Directions for use
Swallow 1 to 2 softgels daily with water, preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 60 softgels.

Caution
