OMEGA MIX is a food supplement based on fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil, naturally rich in unsaturated fatty acids of the Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 series. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function*. Linseed oil and borage oil promote the integrity and functionality of cell membranes. Borage oil promotes trophism and skin function, joint function and counteracts menstrual cycle disorders.

*The beneficial effect on heart function is obtained with the daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA, therefore with the intake of at least 2 pearls per day.

Ingredients
Fish oil (from anchovies (Engraulis ringens), mackerel (Scomber japonicus), sardines (Sardinops sagax)), linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum L.), borage seed oil (Borago officinalis L.). Edible gelatine. Humectant: Vegetable glycerin. Antioxidant: Tocopherol blend.

How to use
Swallow 3 pearls a day, with water, preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 60 Pearl-Softgels.
