QUERCETIN : belongs to a group of substances known as flavonoids (specifically the class of flavonols).
Quercetin is widely distributed in the plant kingdom: we find it in fruit, in the peel and peel of apples and onions, in cocoa, red fruits and broccoli.
Quercetin has an antioxidant action, helps reduce the formation of free radicals as well as having vasoactive properties as it increases the resistance of capillaries and regulates their permeability.
Numerous scientific studies show that quercetin has the following activities:
