Diatermo MB 120D by GIMA is a high frequency electronic electrosurgical unit, designed for small and medium surgery, in both monopolar and bipolar mode, with a maximum power of 120 Watts .

Thanks to the intuitive selection of operating functions, it allows you to perform:

• Pure cut (CUT) : up to 120 W on 250 Ohm
• Blended cutting (BLEND) : up to 90 W on 200 Ohm
• Surface coagulation (FORCED COAG) : up to 80 W on 150 Ohm
• Deep coagulation without carbonization (SOFT COAG) : up to 60 W on 100 Ohm
• Bipolar coagulation (BIPOLAR) : up to 40 W on 100 Ohm (with special adapter)

The device integrates a microcontroller for continuous monitoring of operating functions and a digital readout of the power output , ensuring maximum precision and safety during surgery. It is also equipped with a system to monitor the correct functioning of the neutral electrode , for safe and reliable surgery.

The functions can be switched directly from the electrode holder handle , which also allows for power activation, avoiding distractions from the operating field. Alternatively, you can use the waterproof operating pedal included in the package.
