Full-color digital camera with a SONY Exmor CMOS sensor 2.1 MP. The sensor is manufactured using back-illumination technology to reduce light diffusion and increase the sensitivity of the array (8935 mV at 1/30 s). The camera produces sharp, bright images even in low-light conditions. Designed for bright-field and dark-field observations with 40x, 60x and 100x objectives.

The camera can be mounted on a microscope in two different ways: on the trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter, or in place of the eyepiece on the tube using an adapter and adapter rings. Please note that the C-mount adapter may already be included with the microscope; however, its availability depends on the specific model and configuration. Before purchasing a camera, we recommend checking the contents of the microscope package and then, if necessary, purchasing the appropriate adapters. We recommend using an adapter with magnification from 0,6x to 0,9x with the camera, which will provide the widest possible field of view without distortion. After installation, the camera connects to a computer via a USB 3.0 port with a data transfer rate of 5 Gbps.

MAGUS View software is used to display images on the monitor, capture photos and videos, and perform other actions. The package includes a disc with software and drivers. Please note: before getting started, the software must be calibrated for each objective used. A special calibration slide (not included) will be required.

The image is displayed on the monitor in Full HD format, 1920x1080 px, at a frame rate of 96 fps. The transitions between frames are smooth, with no delays, so the camera can be used to observe moving objects, including demonstrations during lessons or scientific presentations.
