Digital camera with a 2 MP sensor for studying microscopic objects using dark-field or bright-field microscopy. The camera is equipped with a back-illuminated color SONY Exmor CMOS sensor. This sensor increases light sensitivity (2350 mV at 1/30 s) and improves image quality in low-light conditions. Using objectives with magnifications of 40x, 60x, and 100x enables excellent performance.

The MAGUS CDF10 camera allows you to view an object's image on a computer monitor at Full HD resolution of 1920x1080 px, take photographs, and record videos in various formats. Data is transferred between the camera and computer via a USB 3.0 interface with a data transfer rate of 5 Gbps. At maximum resolution, video is displayed at 125 fps with smooth transitions between frames. The camera is ideal for studying moving objects and can also be used for lessons and presentations.

The camera can be installed on a microscope's trinocular tube or optical tube. The digital camera is mounted on the trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter. The recommended adapter magnification ranges from 0,4x to 0,6x, providing a wide field of view without optical distortion. In addition to the adapter, an adapter ring with the same diameter as the tube is required to mount the camera on the optical tube. Note that the C-mount adapter may already be included with the microscope; however, its availability depends on the specific model and configuration. Before purchasing a camera, we recommend checking the contents of the microscope package and then, if necessary, purchasing the appropriate adapters.

The proprietary MAGUS View software is required to use the camera. The package includes an installation disc with drivers and software. Please note: before getting started, you must calibrate the software for each objective used. The calibration slide must be purchased separately.
