How to clean and disinfect the turbine:
- Avoid placing the flow sensor under running water
- Use the “immersion” method
- Use cold disinfectant products without corrosive agents
- Solutions based on oleyl-dimethylbenzyl-ammonium chloride are recommended
- Dilute in cold water; concentration not exceeding 15%-20%

Cleaning procedure:
- Remove the turbine from the spirometer
- Visually check for the absence of foreign bodies
- Immerse in the cold solution and agitate
- Leave to soak for no more than 15 minutes
- Rinse in water without exposing it to the tap jet
- Dry upright on a clean surface
- Perform a new test once dry
