Description

The modern technologies that have entered the optical instrumentation market have significantly increased our possibilities. With the digital microscope Levenhuk Rainbow D50L PLUS 2M, Moonstone you can not only observe plant and animal cells or microorganisms, but also save the result of your studies by taking photos and videos of the observed samples. The kit includes everything you need to perform interesting experiments with the microscope. You can share your research by posting the images and videos you get on Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks.

Quality optics
The kit includes three objective lenses: 4x, 10x and 40xs. The most powerful lens has a special spring mechanism that protects the lens from accidental damage. In the event of an error during focusing, even if the lens were to go down to touch the specimen, the spring-loaded mechanism behind the lens would cause it to retract, preventing damage to the lens or specimen. The 2x Barlow lens doubles the magnification of any objective lens used. The maximum magnification factor for this microscope is even 1280x!

The lenses are made of quality optical glass treated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating for better light transmission. The image produced will always have good contrast and great detail.

Digital camera
The microscope is equipped with a modern 2 Mpx digital camera. The camera should be installed in place of an eyepiece and then connected to the computer. The enlarged images will then appear on the screen. In this way a child can show interesting samples to parents and friends. A teacher can show all the phases of an experiment to his students. In addition, of course, the camera allows you to capture beautiful images and videos of the objects being observed.

Combined lighting
The microscope is equipped with two illumination sources LED. Bottom light is used for the observation of transparent samples such as thin sections of animal or plant tissues, or a drop of fresh water. Opaque objects, such as a paper towel, should be observed using overhead lighting. The study of semi-transparent objects requires both lighting from both directions. You can also adjust the brightness to best view each specific sample.

Durable and practical body
The microscope body is made of metal, which is why it is a particularly reliable microscope suitable for frequent use. For the user's convenience, the header is tilted at a 45-degree angle and rotates 360 degrees around its axis. This feature is particularly useful when working in a team: you no longer need to move the microscope, just rotate the head.

The microscope is powered by AC power or standard batteries. The camera is powered via the USB cable.

Attention: Refer to the specification table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110V device into the 220V socket and vice versa, without using a converter. Remember that the mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V and 220–240 V in most European countries.

Experiment Kits
The K50 Experiment Kit will be especially useful for those who are taking their first steps into the wonderful world of microcosm. The kit includes prepared and ready-to-use slides, special tools for creating your own samples and a very useful guide with tips, tips and descriptions of experiments.

Protective case
The plastic case included in the package allows you to keep the microscope and all its accessories in one place, without losing anything. It also protects the instrument during transport.
