The digital microscope Levenhuk Discovery Femto Polar allows you to examine the microcosm with your own eyes, but also to capture photos and videos of the analyzed samples. The 3 MP camera contains an archive of the images saved and shows the sample in real time on the main screen. The microscope is easy to use, reproduces clear, high-contrast images, and the included accessories are suitable for enthusiasts and students. An in-depth illustrated educational book on the wonders of the microcosm, entitled "Invisible World", is included in the kit.
Achromatic optics with magnification from 40x to 400x
The microscope is equipped with a monocular head that can be rotated 360°. It is convenient to use in groups, especially when you need to share access to the image with others. Instead of moving the entire instrument, the headboard can be rotated as needed. The 45° tilt of the muzzle makes prolonged use more comfortable. The microscope optics, a wide-field eyepiece and three achromatic objectives, are made of glass. The 40x lens is mounted on a retractable spring mechanism for added protection against accidental damage. The device is equipped with focus with macro and micrometer adjustment.
Dual LED lighting with brightness adjustment
Stage with clips, disc diaphragm positioned under the stage to control the lower light beam. Combined and adjustable lighting. The lighting can be powered by batteries (not included) or via the mains with the supplied AC adapter.
The kit includes a 3 MP camera for capturing photos and videos
The 3 MP digital camera is capable of taking photos with a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels, which is more than enough to display numerous minute details about the sample. Moreover, it comes with video recording capabilities. To use the camera, insert it into the optical tube instead of the eyepiece, connect it to a computer via USB cable, and open the program (use the software installation CD). Image processing capabilities are available for both stills and videos.
The in-depth illustrated educational book, entitled "Invisible World", is a nice addition to the kit. It is written in easily understandable language and contains simple illustrations. It provides a lot of interesting information on how to use the microscope to observe the inside of a drop of water or how to carry out home experiments. This wonderful educational testo adds value to the experimental experience.
