Description

The microscope Levenhuk The Rainbow 50L is a great gift for anyone interested in science and biology. This instrument allows you to observe and study familiar objects in your surroundings with a magnification of 40x, 80x, 100x, 200x, 400x and even 800x! With this microscope, you could discover the structure of plants, animals and humans, take a look at the life of microscopic organisms, normally hidden from our eyes, in their own micro universe and, of course, do lots of exciting experiments. The kit includes everything a novice could need – in the box you will find microscope slides ready to observe right away as well as tools that will allow you to create your own slides.

Six magnification levels
The microscope is equipped with three objectives and an additional Barlow lens, which doubles the magnification of each objective used. The microscope allows you to observe samples with a magnification of 40x, 80x, 100x, 200x, 400x and even 800x!

The optical elements are made of high-quality transparent glass. For better light transmission, the lenses are covered with a multi-layer coating, which produces clear and sharp images.

Clear illumination LED
The microscope is equipped with two high-speed illuminations LED Integrated. The lower illumination is used to observe transparent samples. With the bottom light on, you can find life in a drop of aquarium water or analyze the cell structure of different plants. High light is necessary to observe opaque objects, for example, you can examine the surface structure of a small stone or notice microscopic scratches invisible to the naked eye on metal surfaces. With two illuminations, you will also have the opportunity to observe semi-transparent samples – turn on both the upper and lower light. The brightness is adjustable, so you can easily change it if necessary.

Easy to use
The microscope body is made of high-quality plastic, which is why the instrument is lightweight and durable at the same time. The head is tilted at 45° so that you can observe from a more comfortable position. It can also rotate 360° around its axis, which is especially convenient during group observations – the head can be rotated easily to allow the next participant to observe. For operation, you can use an electrical outlet or batteries.

Attention: Refer to the specification table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110V device into the 220V socket and vice versa, without using a converter. Remember that the mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V and 220–240 V in most European countries.

Exciting experiments under the microscope
The microscope is equipped with an experiment kit that allows you to perform a large number of exciting experiments under the microscope. The kit includes samples prepared to test your new microscope, as well as the tools you need to make your own samples. A helpful guide included in the kit contains information on microscope construction, tips on how to work with it, and a description of interesting experiments.

Storage and transport case
The microscope is equipped with a convenient and reliable plastic case. The case allows the instrument to be safely stored and transported – rest assured that the microscope is protected from dust and shocks.
