UltrasonicWaves 1.0 offers programs to meet therapeutic, pain-relief, aesthetic and sports needs. In addition to the standard programs (lasting 10/12 minutes), there are programs with the innovative T.E.L.I. (Time Extended at Low Intensity) mode. These feature an optimized combination of frequency, power and duty cycle, allowing for longer treatments (20 minutes) and better penetration of the sound wave.

The device is locally contraindicated:
- in cases of acute inflammatory processes, neoplasms, skin lesions and altered sensation
- in pregnant women
- in people with cardiac pacemakers
- over tumor areas
- particular caution should be taken when treating areas near the spinal cord following laminectomy
- therapy should be avoided over the cardiac area
- application over the eyeballs should be avoided

- in the presence of metal fixation devices and joint prostheses
- for patients who are severely debilitated and unable to communicate
- for patients with severe hypertension or heart disease
