This half-length torso is an essential tool for teaching anatomy.
The anatomical model is made up of 16 parts, as follows:
- Head (2 parts) shows a section of the brain and the upper respiratory tract
- Half the brain and related internal structures
- 2 lungs
- Heart (2 parts) shows atria, ventricles and valves
- Liver with gallbladder
- Stomach
- Single piece including large intestine, rectum and pancreas
- Removable cover reveals internal structure of the caecum
- Male reproductive organs (2 parts)
