ERGON has been designed by rescuers and technicians experienced in emergency medical devices to offer previously unthinkable performances.
It guarantees maximum comfort, particularly in the patient's most decubitus points, thanks to the use of a special material (the exclusive HC3 - High Comfort Composite Cell Me.Ber. ) composed of a soft material co-moulded on a high-strength plastic polymer.
In addition to patient comfort, ERGON has been designed to help rescuers thanks to unique features.
The handles are coated in HC3 and are inclined at 20° in order to promote the best grip. Special supports and eyelets have been positioned to easily secure the straps with carabiners.
The distance between the two half stretchers is just 25 mm; This allows for excellent support for the spine compared to normal spoon stretchers which are separated by about 80 mm.
The shape of the alma is therefore wider and has been designed to fit easily and gradually between the patient and the ground.
The use of HC3 material, in addition to guaranteeing total structural stability, allows high thermal insulation.
This helps prevent hypothermia and, thanks to the design of the stretcher itself, allows the patient to stay on the device for longer.
A further technological revolution is the use of the new Flexilock articulated closing system (patent pending) which allows both to separate the stretcher into two halves and to perform recoveries in extreme positions and situations.
Therefore, in addition to standard techniques, Ergon allows you to easily perform recoveries in difficult environments even with the patient in critical condition.
