INFUSOMAT SPACE
Portable peristaltic infusion pump for administering small volumes of medicines, infusion solutions and nutritional solutions. The Infusomat® Space pump meets all safety standards for electronic medical devices in accordance with standards IEC/EN 60601-1 and IEC/EN 60601-2-24. It can be used individually or in combination with the B. BRAUN Space system, designed to house Space family pumps in an infusion station that provides power and, where applicable, data transmission of infusion therapy information.

- Up to 1200 drugs, including therapy data, can be stored in 30 categories
- Up to 50 care units and 15 patient profiles available
- Specific infusion limits and standard infusion values can be defined for each drug

Safety features

- Safety device integrated into the pump and infusion line for maximum protection against free flow when opening the pump door or removing the infusion line
- Automatic bolus reduction following an occlusion alarm. The additional pressure sensor checks for any upstream occlusions (e.g. closed roller clamp)
- Data lock (parameter lock and/or disposable device lock) with 3 security levels
- LED alarm indicator with error messages on the display
