LED PODOSCOPE GIMA

The GIMA podoscope with polarized light allows the plantar surface to be observed and, thanks to its remarkable brightness, highlights areas of greater pressure. The platform on which the feet rest is made of highly resistant methacrylate, with excellent light-conducting properties. Polarizing the light allows significant variations in color intensity to be seen at points of greater and lesser plantar load.

- Highly resistant, easy to maintain
The high-quality materials and components, the assembly, and the continuous checks carried out during production and in the final testing phase ensure its superior precision. The resilient structure can withstand loads of up to 135 kg. The green LED light has a lifespan of 25000 hours (as indicated by the manufacturer).

- Simple, easy to handle and practical
Pressing the power switch makes the podoscope immediately operational. Once the subject steps onto the platform, the plantar area can be observed in real time. Its construction makes it a practical and easy-to-use device. Since methacrylate is a lightweight and durable material, the podoscope is easy to move thanks to its low weight, and is also easy to transport due to its compact dimensions.
The low platform (only 22 cm above the ground) also allows people with mobility difficulties to step onto it easily.
