Lipokolin is a food supplement based on Olive, useful for the metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates, Monacoline from red yeast rice and Artichoke useful for lipid metabolism and with antioxidant action. With vit B3.
MAIN ASSETS:
- OLIVE TREE: Oleuropein, extracted from the leaves of the Olive tree (Olea europea) has high activity on various biological targets and numerous effects on human health, demonstrated in pre-clinical, epidemiological and clinical studies. Cardio-vascular prevention: counteracting LDL oxidation and lipid peroxidation (anti-atherogenic effect), reducing vascular phlogogenic cytokines.
Metabolic syndrome: inhibition of α-amylase and intestinal absorption of sugars. Increased insulin sensitivity.
Neurodegenerative diseases and hepatic steatosis.
- MONACOLINS: produced by the fermentation operated by the fungus Monascus purpureus, on Oryza sativa. The extract maintains the original phytocomplex of monacolins, among which monakolin K prevails with inhibitory activity on hepatic cholesterol synthesis, demonstrated by numerous scientific studies. Total monacolins per recommended daily dose are less than 3mg.
- ARTICHOKE: extract titrated in chlorogenic acid with luteolin and cynarin. It demonstrates, in various studies, cholesterol-lowering and antioxidant activity against LDL, so it may play a preventive role in the development of atherosclerosis.
- NIACIN OR VIT B3: it is able to increase high-density lipoproteins (HDL), i.e. the so-called "good" cholesterol, which helps remove low-density LDL lipoproteins, known as "bad" cholesterol, from the blood.
APPLICATION ADVICES:
