Metarelax Metagenics - 40 sachets

MetaRelax is a magnesium-based supplement, with B vitamins and taurine, specifically designed to cope with problems such as tension, fatigue and muscle cramps.

Composition
1 tablet of MetaRelax contains 900 mg of magnesium glycerophosphate (1,800 mg in one sachet).

Glycerophosphate is an organic magnesium salt that is well tolerated by the stomach and intestines. Metarelax also contains B vitamins (Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin B12) to enhance the action of magnesium, and taurine to retain magnesium in the body for longer.

B vitamins are provided in active form:
- Vitamin B9 in the active form 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate
- Vitamin B12 in the active form methylcobalamin

MetaRelax is available in tablets (45 and 90 tablets) and sachets (20 and 40 sachets).

Metarelax does not contain gluten, lactose, eggs, soy.

What are the recommended doses of MetaRelax?
