Useful for swelling: vasoconstriction caused by cold slows the inflammatory process affecting
the tissues, limits swelling caused by the accumulation of blood and fluids in the affected area and, as a
result, also relieves pain.
HEAT THERAPY: Helps reduce muscle spasms, soothes pain and relaxes.
General use: lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia, musculoskeletal injuries (without
acute inflammation), menstrual pain and all cases requiring the application of heat.
COLD THERAPY: Helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain.
General use: bruises, sprains, injuries, hyperthermia and all cases requiring cryotherapy.
