The outer polyethylene bag ensures perfect heat sealing, waterproofness and resistance to high and low temperatures.

Reusable hot-cold gel pack.

Heat therapy:
- Hot water: place the pack in boiling water for 7 minutes. Remove from the water, dry, place in the protective pouch or wrap in a cloth. Apply to the area to be treated.
- Microwave: Place the pack in the microwave at max. 785-800 watts for a maximum of 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave, place in the protective pouch or wrap in a cloth. Apply to the area to be treated.

Cold therapy:
- Freezer: place the pack in the freezer for at least 1 ½ - 2 hours. Remove from the freezer, dry, place in the protective pouch or wrap in a cloth. Apply to the area to be treated.
