Cold water-soluble peracetic sterilizer for surgical, invasive and non-invasive medical instruments; ecological and non-harmful for operators.

Powder preparation, specific for the cold chemical sterilization of surgical instruments, both invasive and non-invasive.

Sterilizes and disinfects in 10 minutes of contact. It is active on viruses (including HIV, HBV, HCV), spores, bacteria and fungi.

The active ingredient develops after dissolving the powder in water in just 5 minutes and thus obtaining a peracetic acid solution with a characteristic odor, which leaves no residue. It is effective for 48 hours by activating it at a temperature around 35° C and maintaining the solution at room temperature.

PER10 is a product that has a high compatibility with materials commonly used in the health, surgical and dental fields. The tests carried out demonstrate the compatibility on different materials.

Operators will be responsible for immersing the instruments in the solution only for the necessary time, after which they will be removed, as prolonged contact with the solution could cause corrosion. In the event that the treated instruments need to be kept sterile, it will be appropriate to immerse them in a disinfectant liquid suitable for aseptic preservation.

Before using PER10, it is advisable to check the compatibility of the materials with peracetic acid in the user manual provided by the manufacturer of the Medical Device.

PER10 Disinfectant is absolutely ecological and not harmful to operators: once exhausted it does not require specific disposal: in contact with waste water, it immediately degrades into acetic acid, water and oxygen, agents not considered harmful or polluting for the environment. Therefore the exhausted solutions can be poured into the sewer system without special treatments.

The preparation in the original sealed packaging is valid for 36 months .
