Glutathione is the most powerful antioxidant produced by the human body.
It is one of the most effective substances for counteracting free radicals, and a deficiency is always an indicator of oxidative stress.

Glutathione appears to have significant chelating properties against lead, cadmium and mercury; it can regenerate vitamin C and help increase vitamin D levels.
N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is a powerful antioxidant and a precursor to glutathione.
In addition to helping produce glutathione, NAC acts directly against oxidative stress by “clearing” free radicals. It is also recommended as a mucolytic, as its antioxidant action appears to help reduce inflammation in the bronchi and lungs. It is also used as an antidote for paracetamol poisoning, and therefore appears to protect against various toxins and pollutants.

In terms of cardiovascular health, NAC appears to have beneficial effects on blood pressure and blood flow.

Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day after meals.
