MEDIHONEY Tulle 3-Ply (3 folds aka 3 sizes) is a gauze dressing composed of a resistant tulle bandage, impregnated with MEDIHONEY MEDICAL HONEY
ANTIBACTERIAL (20 g minimum).
It's not snug.
It is not absorbent.
Its action allows you to:
• provide an optimal moist environment for wound healing;
• protect the wound by creating an antibacterial barrier even against strains of bacteria resistant to antibiotics;
• remove bad smell;
• reduce the risk of bacterial infections;
• activate rapid and effective autolytic debridement of slough, necrotic tissue and fibrin
