Methylsulfonylmethane* (MSM) is an organic sulfur-based compound (the molecule contains about 34% sulfur) naturally present in many varieties of fruits and vegetables. During the cooking and preparation phases of food, it degrades easily.

Sulfur is present in keratins, proteins that are essential for the constitution of nails and hair. It is also physiologically present in the joints, being part of chondroitin sulfate, a precious constituent molecule of cartilage.

Nutritional information (per 1 tablet):
- MSM (methyl sulfonyl methane*) 1000 mg

Ingredients:
MSM* (methylsulfonylmethane). Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, Hydroxypropyl cellulose. Anti-caking agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Vegetable stearic acid. Glazing agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerin.

How to apply:
Swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal. Packaged in bottles of 60 bars.

Caution for use:
If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, consult your doctor before taking the product.
