Amino 75* is a formulation of essential amino acids in free form. It contains L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-histidine and L-valine. Essential amino acids must necessarily be introduced with food as they cannot be produced by the body. Although the modern diet is abundantly rich in protein, those who follow a low-calorie or poorly balanced diet, as well as some vegetarians or vegans, may not get an adequate amount of these amino acids from their diet. Amino acids are the components of proteins, essential nutrients for the maintenance and growth of muscle mass, as well as essential for the maintenance of normal bones.
