Chelated iron

Iron is an essential trace element that has important metabolic functions including oxygen transport and is involved in many oxidation-reduction reactions. Insufficient iron intake results in anaemia, difficulties in psychomotor development and cognitive performance, and reduced immune function. Iron is an important element essential for human health, it contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, involved in the transport of oxygen to the various body tissues. Iron supports the efficiency of energy metabolism and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Involved in the production of T and B lymphocytes as well as cytokines, iron helps the normal functioning of the immune system.

In OLIGO ALFER PLUS, iron is in bisglycinate form*: that is, bound to 2 glycine molecules to increase its absorption in the intestine and therefore determine its excellent bioavailability and an almost zero incidence of the typical digestive problems associated with iron intake.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Iron bisglycinate*. Anti-caking agent: Vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule daily, with water, preferably with meals. Packaged in bottles of 90 vegetable capsules.
