The unique breathable layer distributes fluids horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing, using all the absorption capacity. Exu-Safe Technology incorporated into the dressing core is an advanced method of absorbing a high level of wound exudate, including bacteria and matrix metalloproteases (MMPs), creating an optimal wound healing environment.
It protects the delicate injured tissue and surrounding tissues, reducing the risk of maceration even in the event of compression.
The heat-sealed edge prevents exudate from escaping.
