The BEAC Perisphera - H 4-electrode vaginal probe is designed for perineal re-education through electrostimulation and EMG biofeedback. This probe features a dual circuit with 4 radially arranged electrodes, allowing for separate treatment of the two branches of the pubococcygeus muscle. It is particularly useful for addressing muscle asymmetries, such as those following an episiotomy, using two separate channels for electrostimulation or EMG biofeedback.

The Perisphera-H probe electrodes fit perfectly into the vaginal cavity, thanks to their "H" profile. The electrode pairs separately detect the EMG action potential of the left and right branches of the pubococcygeus muscle during contraction, providing objective information on the muscular state of the perineal floor.

Perisphera probes are made of biocompatible plastic with gold-plated electrodes. The electrical connection is made via two or four wires approximately 20 cm long, terminated with a 2 mm female banana plug. The probe is compatible with perineal electrostimulation devices that deliver symmetrical biphasic pulses.

Each probe is supplied unsterilized in a single sealed pouch, inside an individual box with an instruction leaflet.

The PERISPHERA perineal probes are made entirely of biocompatible plastic material, with gold-plated electrodes.

The electrical connection to the EMG stimulation or biofeedback unit is achieved using two or four wires (approximately 20 cm long) terminated with a 2 mm female banana plug. The probe can be used with any perineal electrostimulation device, provided it is capable of delivering symmetrical biphasic pulses (with zero mean value).

Each probe is supplied NON-STERILIZED in a single sealed pouch, inserted in an individual box containing the information leaflet.

Personal use: It can be used for 60 sessions by a single patient (it cannot be used by multiple patients).
