The PERISPHERA Model "A" anal probe is designed for perineal re-education through electrostimulation and EMG biofeedback. It is indicated for the treatment of male patients with post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence or defecation disorders. The insertion depth is adjustable between 40 and 55 mm, adapting to the patient's anatomy thanks to the 4-position rear flange, which also ensures correct orientation of the probe.

The probe is intended for personal use and can be used for up to 60 sessions by a single patient. It is not suitable for use by multiple patients.

The PERISPHERA perineal probes are made entirely of biocompatible plastic material, with gold-plated electrodes.

The electrical connection to the EMG stimulation or biofeedback unit is achieved using two or four wires (approximately 20 cm long) terminated with a 2 mm female banana plug. The probe can be used with any perineal electrostimulation device, provided it is capable of delivering symmetrical biphasic pulses (with zero mean value).

Each probe is supplied NON-STERILIZED in a single sealed pouch, inserted in an individual box containing the information leaflet.

Personal use: It can be used for 60 sessions by one person.
