Dual-circuit vaginal probe with 4 electrodes and a balloon for perineal incontinence rehabilitation through electrostimulation and EMG/pressure biofeedback. Made with innovative materials, the BEACMED TOTEM Combicon probe is designed for differentiated treatments on the right and left branches of the pubococcygeus muscle. It allows for electrostimulation or EMG biofeedback and acquires the pressure generated by pelvic floor contraction.

A soft, cylindrical balloon supports two pairs of gold-plated saddle-shaped electrodes. The four electrodes (two on the left and two on the right) allow for bilateral perineal electrostimulation with different parameters and acquire a two-channel EMG signal for an accurate assessment of pelvic floor muscle balance.

The probe is compatible with the TOTEM-UG wireless patient unit and, via an adapter, with other professional urogynecological rehabilitation equipment. It offers the added benefit of objectifying the stages of continence recovery.
