The Ermenrich Zing TC20 digital multimeter is a portable instrument for measuring DC/AC voltage, DC/AC current, resistance, and capacitance. Since there is no rotary switch, the measurement limit selection is set automatically. Protected against overloads, the instrument is stable and reliable and provides high-accuracy measurements. It is mainly suitable for those interested in radio communications, handymen and professional electricians.
In cable mapping mode, it checks the continuity of the circuits: the instrument is in fact able to locate short circuits or open circuits. The diode tester is used to test diodes by measuring the voltage drop across them. This instrument is a true RMS multimeter. This means that measurements are based on the true root mean square (RMS) formula, which improves the accuracy of voltage and alternating current (AC) measurement results. Additional functions include the hold function, the non-contact phase detector function (NCV) and the presence of a flashlight.
This tool is powered by two standard batteries (not included).
