Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst.) is a plant native to the wetlands of southern India and Australia. Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is also a plant known to traditional medicines, and its rhizome, in addition to being used as a spice for food and culinary use, has numerous beneficial properties for the body.

HOW TO USE
