Indicated for the treatment of infected wounds and burns, dermatological conditions of bacterial origin, or conditions easily predisposed to the development of secondary infections.

Dosage and Directions for Use
After carrying out routine cleansing, apply the cream directly to the wound, forming a layer approximately 2 to 3 mm thick, or spread the cream well on sterile gauze and then apply it to the wound.
The dressing may be kept in place with the aid of an appropriate bandage.
Before renewing applications, it is recommended that the wound be cleaned. The application must be renewed every 24 hours.
The dosage is one application per day, until complete healing. The cream can be removed by simply washing with water. The progress of healing of the wound or burn must be assessed by a doctor. Discard the first dose before each use.

Characteristics
Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the dermal ground substance. It acts on all stages of the healing process. It accelerates the healing and re-epithelialization of skin lesions.
Its hygroscopic power maintains a moist environment that is favorable to the tissue regeneration process.
Silver sulfadiazine is a component with high antibacterial activity, mainly against Gram-negative bacteria. The product may be taken by patients with celiac disease.

Contraindications
Known general or local sensitivity to sulfonamides (contact eczema).
Allergy to one of the components.

Warnings
Use of ialuset plus is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in newborns and premature infants. Avoid exposing treated parts of the body to sunlight (risk of photosensitivity). In patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, avoid applying the cream to open wounds. Close the tube carefully after each use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use. Do not swallow.

1 g of cream contains: hyaluronic acid (sodium salt) 2 mg; silver sulfadiazine 10 mg; decyl ester of oleic acid; glycerol; water; wax; sorbitol.
