TECNO-GAZ S.p.A. has developed a new filing system called STERILDOCS.
Every owner of a medical device is required to periodically assess its efficiency by adopting procedures defined by the manufacturer, applicable standards or directives. For autoclaves, specific tests and monitoring systems are defined by directives, regional laws and regulations. The tests certify the performance and efficiency of the equipment and should be filed and retained preferably for 10 years, since the professional's liability expires after that period.

STERILDOCS is a compartmentalized binder divided as follows:

DVD support section: Operating protocols
Instructions section: Written protocols including sterilization tests
Section for the practice and equipment information sheet
Section where all the data on the practice and autoclave are recorded.
The paper is watermarked and does not allow alterations or corrections
The archive section is divided into compartments, identified by a specific graphic layout that makes it easy to file each test and clearly indicate the date, cycles, etc.
Filing is simple, systematic and orderly, and makes it possible to manage all the tests for each autoclave in an organized way.
