Description
Stability trainers are used to improve motor skills and balance, especially for older people and for rehabilitation of the knee, back and ankle.
Two rubber cushions of different densities and an air-inflated cushion allow the user to perform exercises of progressive levels that start on a stable and compact surface and end on a balance cushion.
The green cushion, compact, is used for initial exercises.
The blue cushion is soft and introduces a higher level of exercise.
For maximum difficulty, the extra-soft black cushion is used.
The latter is inflated with air to allow you to move in various directions.
A surface is covered with rounded tips for sensory stimulation.
The edges are harder and prevent twisting of the feet during exercises.
