AMINO-RELAX is a food supplement containing a mixture ofstandardized extract of Griffonia simplicifolia L. seeds, dry extract of Valeriana officinalis L. root and Vitamin B6. Griffonia seeds provide 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). 5-HTP is the precursor to serotonin. Griffonia helps maintain a normal mood, promotes relaxation and sleep, mental well-being and helps control the sense of hunger. Valerian extract promotes relaxation in case of stress and promotes sleep. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate). Anti-caking agent: Vegetable magnesium stearate.
How to use
Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule daily, with water, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Packaged in bottles of 30 vegetable capsules.
