The MAGUS CLI18T illuminator is designed to illuminate specimens with oblique light, making it possible to visualize elevations, scratches, cracks, and other surface defects through distinct light and shadow. The illuminator's design prevents any heating or thermal damage to the specimen.

The light source is located in the lamp housing. The luminous flux reaches the object through the flexible double light guide. The position of the light guide can be adjusted to create the desired angle of illumination and provide the light and shadows required for research. It retains its preset shape and does not need to be secured.

Brightness is adjustable. AC power supply.
