When working with the darkfield method, a darkfield capacitor is used. The darkfield method in stereomicroscopy is used for gemological research – evaluation and detection of hidden defects in precious, semi-precious and ornamental stones.
The darkfield condenser is installed above the transmitted light illuminator: on the basis of the stereo microscope and instead of the transparent panel.

Recommended for use with the MAGUS GK1 Gem Clip.
