SELF-SEALING POUCHES FOR STEAM OR ETO STERILIZATION

Transparent green polyester-polyethylene laminate film bonded to medical-grade paper, allowing steam and gas to penetrate during sterilization. The steam and gas indicators change color when exposed to sterilization.

1. Reinforced corners prevent dust from accumulating near the opening, reducing the risk of contaminating the contents when the pouch is opened.

2. The transparent film complies with the German standard EN 10/204. The medical-grade paper complies with the following standards: DIN 58953 (German), Pharmacopeia 589 (French), pr EN 868-3 (European) and BS 6256 (English).

3. The chevrons allow the pouches to be opened quickly and correctly; they are also marked with the correct opening direction.

4. The pouches consist of a layer of transparent laminated film (a special type of polyester and polypropylene copolymer) and white, moisture-resistant medical-grade Kraft paper, specially designed to ensure high antibacterial protection.

5. The “Multiline” seal is strong and durable; the sealing lines are evenly spaced, and the outer line runs along the entire length of the pouch to ensure maximum integrity.

All rolls and pouches are certified and manufactured in accordance with DIN 58953, BS 6871, EN 868-5, CN 13485
