FLAT POUCHES FOR STEAM OR ETO STERILIZATION

Transparent laminated green polyester-polyethylene film and medical paper allow steam and gas to penetrate during sterilization. The steam and gas indicators change color when exposed to sterilization.

1. The reinforced corners prevent dust from accumulating near the opening, reducing the risk of contaminating the contents when the pouch is opened.

2. The transparent film complies with German standard EN 10/204. The medical paper complies with the following standards: DIN 58953 (German), Pharmacopeia 589 (French), pr EN 868-3 (European) and BS 6256 (English).

3. The chevrons allow the pouches to be opened quickly and correctly; they are also marked with the correct opening direction.

4. The pouches consist of a laminated transparent film layer (a special type of polyester and polypropylene copolymer) and moisture-resistant white medical Kraft paper, specially designed to provide high antibacterial protection.

5. The “Multiline” seal is strong and durable; the sealing lines are evenly spaced, and the outer line runs along the entire length of the pouch to ensure maximum sealing integrity.
