SELF-SEALING POUCHES FOR STEAM OR ETO STERILIZATION

Transparent green polyester-polyethylene laminated film bonded to medical-grade paper, allowing steam and gas to penetrate during sterilization. The steam and gas indicators change colour when exposed to sterilization.

1. Reinforced corners prevent dust from accumulating near the opening, reducing the risk of contaminating the contents when opened.

2. The transparent film complies with German standard EN 10/204. The medical-grade paper complies with the following standards: DIN 58953 (German), Pharmacopeia 589 (French), pr EN 868-3 (European) and BS 6256 (British).

3. The chevrons allow the pouches to be opened quickly and correctly; they are also marked with the correct opening direction.

4. The pouches consist of a layer of laminated transparent film (a special type of polyester and polypropylene copolymer) and moisture-resistant white medical-grade Kraft paper, specially designed to ensure a high level of antibacterial protection.

5. The “Multiline” seal is strong and durable; the sealing lines are evenly spaced, and the outer line runs along the entire length of the pouch to ensure maximum sealing.
