Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) is a herbaceous plant also known as evening primrose. An oil is extracted from the seeds of this plant, providing an excellent supplement of omega-6 series polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Evening primrose oil is useful for supporting the integrity and function of cell membranes, as well as skin trophism and function. Evening primrose oil may help counter menstrual cycle disorders and support joint function.

Cold-pressed evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.). Edible gelatin. Firming agent: vegetable glycerol.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1 softgel daily, preferably with a meal
Swallow 1 softgel daily with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Packaged in bottles of 30 softgels.
